In addition to affiliation with the ARRL, ARES of Champaign County is incorporated as a non-profit organization in the State of Illinois (501c3).

Membership is open to anyone in the county that holds a current Amateur Radio license.

How to Register
Download and read the CCARES Information document, which contains instructions on registering for ARES.   Download and complete the ARES registration form, and return it to the address provided. Or contact N9OQT to obtain a form via email.

Monthly meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of even months at the Illinois Fire Service Institute in Champaign and in odd months at the Champaign County Emergency Operations Center, 1905 E. Main Street in Urbana.  All interested amateur radio operators are welcome to attend!
